- TDP heat lamp with a large head size designed as a far-infrared heating lamp.
- The heat produced by our infrared heat lamp does not rely on high temperatures, yet still provides excellent infrared penetration through the skin.
- TDP operates with a heating tube and a mineral plate (NO LIGHT BULB needed). The mineral plate (6.5" in diameter, lifespan up to 1,500 hours) emits far-infrared rays when heated.
- Please wait at least 5 minutes for the lamp to heat up. Typical treatment sessions should last a minimum of 40 minutes per area.
- 110V detachable head — simply unplug the cord that connects the head and the main frame when replacing.
- The lamp is equipped with an anti-tilt switch to comply with mandatory safety requirements. The lamp will operate only when in an upright (vertical) position and will NOT turn on if tilted or placed horizontally (laid flat). For safety reasons, the anti-tilt switch is designed to automatically cut off power when the lamp is tilted, tipped over, or improperly positioned.
- The heating tube does not glow in a full circle. It glows only in its U-shaped (horseshoe) form, which is normal.
